What Menu Items Are Offered in the 24-Hour McDonald’s Stores?

McDonald’s restaurants generally serve the same menu items, including burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, sundaes and breakfast foods, although stores in some regions may not carry everything on the menu. McDonald’s serves its breakfast and lunch menus during all open hours, so 24-hour locations serve the entire menu around the clock.

McDonald’s classifies its menu items into categories, including burgers and sandwiches, chicken and fish, breakfast foods, salads, and snacks and sides. It also offers a beverage menu, McCafe menu, and desserts and shakes menu, as of 2015.

On the burgers and sandwiches menu, McDonald’s offers the Big Mac, quarter pounder with cheese, bacon clubhouse burger and double quarter pounder. It also offers the Daily Double, artisan grilled chicken sandwich, premium buttermilk crispy bacon ranch clubhouse sandwich, McChicken and Filet-o-Fish sandwich. In addition, McDonald’s menu features McWraps, including crispy and grilled options in several different flavor combinations.

McDonald’s all-day breakfast menu includes its Egg McMuffin, Egg White Delight McMuffin, sausage biscuit, Big Breakfast and sausage McGriddles. Other items include bacon, egg and cheese bagels and fruit and yogurt parfaits.

McDonald’s meal bundles are available at all locations, including its Favorites Under 400 items, which are foods that have 400 or fewer calories. Other meal bundles include its dollar menu, extra value meal menu, and Happy and Mighty Kids meal bundles.

Some McDonald’s have regional menus. For example, in addition to McDonald’s regular menu items, customers in Texas might enjoy a Texas Homestyle burger, and crab cakes are sometimes available seasonally in the Mid-Atlantic states.
