What Menu Items Are Offered in the 24-Hour McDonald’s Stores?
McDonald’s restaurants generally serve the same menu items, including burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, sundaes and breakfast foods, although stores in some regions may not carry everything on the menu. McDonald’s serves its breakfast and lunch menus during all open hours, so 24-hour locations serve the entire menu around the clock.

McDonald’s meal bundles are available at all locations, including its Favorites Under 400 items, which are foods that have 400 or fewer calories. Other meal bundles include its dollar menu, extra value meal menu, and Happy and Mighty Kids meal bundles.
Some McDonald’s have regional menus. For example, in addition to McDonald’s regular menu items, customers in Texas might enjoy a Texas Homestyle burger, and crab cakes are sometimes available seasonally in the Mid-Atlantic states.
