The Service Center Locator website provides the names and addresses of retail stores that provide customer service for Cuisinart brand appliances. There are at least two cities in all 50 states, often with one or more service centers in each city, that provide repair or servicing.
Cuisinart also provides a “Gourmet Locator” under the Customer Care heading of the main company website that lists retail locations up to 90 miles away from a specified ZIP code that carry the company’s line of products. These locations often, but not always, double as service centers for Cuisinart products.
As of 2015, the company also maintains a toll-free product information telephone number that customers can use to locate a Cuisinart-approved service center. The telephone number is located on the “Contact Us United States” or “Contact Us International” page located under the Customer Care heading of the main website.
Although the company is best known for the Cuisinart line of food processors, it also offers a wide variety of kitchen products. Small kitchen appliances like blenders, waffle makers, coffee makers, can openers and microwave ovens are sold. Cuisinart also retails cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, flatware and glassware. The company formed in 1971 around the food processor created by late inventor Carl Sontheimer.
