Where Can I Find a Certified EdenPURE Heater Repairman?
EdenPURE Service provides a locator feature for certified heater repair agents on its website, as of 2015. Service centers are authorized to work on particular products and models.
From the EdenPURE Service homepage, select Find Service Center. Click the Heaters drop-down, choose the appropriate model and press Go. If the model is unknown, find it on the warranty tag on the back of the heater. Type the ZIP code into the box and press Search to view a list of authorized service centers.
Contact the service center before traveling to arrange repair while waiting. If no service centers are within a reasonable distance, select Clicking Here under the Important heading to access the Service Request Form. Enter the requested information and click Submit. Use one of the described methods to provide proof of purchase information.
