How Do You Pay a NTTA Bill Online?
As of 2015, it is possible to pay a NTTA Bill online by contacting the NTTA Customer Service Center at 972-818-6882, emailing CustomerService@ntta.org, or using the online customer service center, explains the North Texas Toll Authority. The customer service center is accessed through the official website of NTTA.
To pay online, click on Pay ZipCash bill at the top right side of the home page of the NTTA website, explains NTTA. Input your Account ID number, which is located at the top right corner of your bill, as well as your license plate number and state.
For your TollTag account, log in with your User ID and password, and then add money to your account or pay any outstanding tolls you may have, says NTTA. If you don’t have a TollTag account and just want to pay the bill, you can choose the Just Pay Invoice option, explains NTTA.
To add money to your TollTag account, choose the My Account tab, and click on the Make a Payment option under Account Maintenance. The minimum amount you can pay is $10, as of 2015, explains NTTA. You can call the NTTA customer service line at 972-818-6882 for assistance during business hours.
