What Is Overstock’s Return Policy?
The return policy of Overstock requires consumers to return eligible products in new, unused condition within 30 days of receipt. The Overstock returns policy statement specifies the return procedures, refund guidelines, non-refundable product listings and exceptions. Special instructions explain large item returns, including televisions larger than 50 inches, and mattresses.
To initiate a return, the consumer must sign in and click the My Orders link, and then click Return Item next to the product, and provide the return information requested. Overstock sends the consumer a confirmation email that includes a shipping label and instructions for completing the return.
The only way to receive a refund for a mattress or large-screen television is to refuse delivery. The policy requires the consumer to thoroughly inspect the product for damages and defects before signing the shipping receipt. The consumer needs to contact Customer Care immediately.
